Do I need to be on a service plan to get a repair?
No. Repairs and service calls are available to everyone across Brazoria and Matagorda Counties, whether or not you're on a weekly plan. Many customers start with a repair or a green-to-clean, then add weekly service to keep it that way.
How much does a green-to-clean recovery cost?
Recoveries start at $349 and depend on how far gone the pool is and the current condition of the equipment. We assess it, give you an upfront price, and let you know realistically how long clearing will take — usually several days of filtering and rebalancing.
Should I repair or replace my pump?
It depends on the age and failure. We'll tell you honestly — sometimes a simple seal or capacitor fixes it, and sometimes a variable-speed replacement pays for itself in energy savings. You'll get both options priced so you can decide.
My pool turned green after a storm — can you come out?
Yes. Storm runoff and power outages are a common cause of green pools on the Gulf Coast. Call us and we'll schedule a recovery, get filtration running, and rebalance the water chemistry to bring it back.
